Trent has over 20 years’ experience in both emergency management (Law Enforcement / Fire Rescue) and resilience consultancy roles. He has been involved in some of the largest events and incidents in Australia, with significant work at strategic levels within multiagency environments.
Briony has over 10 years of experience in key leadership positions with a passion for helping organisations achieve their Business Resilience goals (Strategic Response, Crisis Management and Business Continuity). Briony has experience across the entire business resilience lifecycle, from gap analysis, strategy and plan development, and facilitation of training and exercise scenarios.
Matt has over 15 years of experience in leading and delivering Risk and Crisis Management projects across Government and Critical Infrastructure industries and has worked extensively in complex risk environments internationally. Matt has developed a strong appreciation for the application of practical risk and crisis response strategies that add value to the business through the delivery of Risk Workshops, Business Continuity Plan development and Crisis Management Plan development, implementation, training and exercising.
Patrick Murphy (also known as Paddy) is experienced in assisting and supporting our Senior Consultants and clients across our range of service offerings. Paddy is crucial in providing research and analysis of the potential risks and events that impact our clients, including identifying challenges and gaps in policy and documentation.
Rosanna is a final-year Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) student at the University of Western Australia, majoring in Political Science and International Relations. Rosanna possesses a wealth of experience working across international organisations and not-for-profits, and is passionate about public policy, cybersecurity, and government relations.
Jake Berglund is well versed in government policy, international relations, and cyber security with over four years of academic study. Jake has graduated with a Bachelor of Government and International Relations and is currently undergoing a master’s degree in Cyber Security which is essential for Escalate Consulting to practice business continuity for both clients and Escalate.
Sarah has over 8 years’ experience in office administration assisting directors, managers, and other key personnel with their administration needs and requirements.
Dawson Petie has over 30 years’ experience as a company director and has served on the boards of some of Australia’s largest organisations, including Qudos Bank, Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC), Queensland Rail, Sunsuper and UnitingCare.
