Simon is considered one of Australia’s leading Business Resilience consultants and is widely regarded as one of the best Exercise Facilitators in the industry. With over 19 years of experience in key leadership positions Simon is the founder and Managing Director of Escalate Consulting – focusing on Strategic Response, Crisis Management and Business Continuity. Simon is practiced in all aspects of the business resilience lifecycle, from problem identification and gap analysis through to policy development, business impact assessments, strategy and plan development, ending with implementation, facilitation of training, scenario exercises and workshops for both Executive Leadership Teams and Boards.

Simon brings a particular focus and strength to Crisis Exercising, with exceptional facilitation, and presentation skills that combine with a genuine enthusiasm to prepare and develop an organisation’s resilience position.

Simon has vast experience in facilitating workshops and exercises in Australia and Internationally with ASX-listed and Global companies, including the telecommunications industry. Having conducted facilitated training and exercises across the world, over countless sessions – Simon still brings a focus of learning and development to each of his sessions, enabling the participants to feel supported yet challenged.
