By conducting an objective review and update of their existing Crisis Management Plan along with two Crisis Management training sessions. Escalate Consulting has assisted CS Energy in building their internal capability and enhancing their key management staff to effectively respond to complex disruptive events.
These workshop sessions enhanced the CS Energy staff’s ability to focus on using the plans and tools developed within these Crisis Management Plans to respond to disruptions. Escalate continues to work with and support CS Energy in their implementation of their business resilience program, providing on-call response to the organisation.
