Lucas has experience in the areas of management, marketing and customer service and has developed a deep understanding of operational, strategic and logistics management as well as management theory and advertising strategy.

Lucas has a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Queensland. His industry experience in the liquor and hospitality industries have given him the skills to understand the challenges businesses face in the current environment and to assist through unpredictability and change.

Working with organisations, Lucas aims to improve their resilience and response to disruptions in the modern-day business landscape and offers key insights to help maintaining Business Continuity. As a Business Resilience Consultant Lucas works with clients to understand a their individual operational and business needs and deliver effective solutions to drive Business Resilience.
